What forms of payment does Maxpert Medical accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment by check and wire transfer. Many of our customers issue purchase orders. Maxpert Medical offers open accounts, net 30 day terms to our business customers.

Do you sell other products not listed on maxpertmedical.com?
Yes we do, and our customer support team can help. We’ll explore our resource network and see if we can locate the product in need or in some cases customize per specific needs.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Due to the shipping carriers we use, we primarily ship to physical addresses. Depending on the size or nature of the order and packaging, we may be able to ship to a PO Box.
Do you ship internationally?
We will ship internationally at our discretion. We may have distributor partners in the countries of interest that we could connect you to and if not, we would evaluate the specifics of the order and discuss about the ability to provide shipping and support. Website Errors
Maxpert Medical reserves the right to revise prices, limit quantities, correct printing and price errors and product descriptions found on our website or in any other advertising. Should it be a pricing error, we likely will honor the incorrect listed price.

How do I return an Item?
Maxpert Medical will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship or damaged in shipping within 30 days of date of invoice. All returns should be completed within 30 days of the Maxpert Medical invoice date. In case of customer error, a restocking charge may be applied. The following items will NOT be accepted for credit:
• Customized items
• Products missing components or accessories.
• Special ordered items
• Merchandise more than 30 days old (from Maxpert Medical invoice date)
• Goods not in saleable condition
Do you have a catalog?
Our current digital catalog can be found on our website. If you would like a hard copy mailed to you please contact us at info@maxpertmedical.com with details. Online Catalog.
Does Maxpert Medical have a minimum order requirement?
Maxpert Medical does not have a minimum order requirement. The minimum is the package size of the item being ordered. For distributor partners or contract customers there can be minimums orders as part of the agreement.
How do I request a sample?
Many of our products are available to sample. Please email info@maxpertmedical.com with a subject line sample and specify the product, your contact information and shipping address. We will follow up once your sample is prepared and shipped unless we have additional questions prior to shipping.
Is there a shipping cutoff time each day?
We work hard to ship orders the same day or next day. Orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST will ship same day if products are available.
Where will my order ship from?
The majority of orders are shipped from our facility located at 6106 Bausch Road, Galloway, OH 43119. There might be times where we would direct ship orders directly from one of our manufacturer partners.
