Shop Policies

Maxpert Medical will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship or damaged in shipping. 30 day return policy. All returns should be completed within 30 days of  Maxpert Medical invoice date. In case of customer error, a restocking charge may be applied. The following items will NOT be accepted for credit:

  • Customized items
  • Products missing components or accessories.
  • Special ordered items
  • Merchandise more than 30 days old (from Maxpert Medical invoice date)
  • Goods not in saleable condition

Shipping Policy & Out Of Stock Products
Shipping Time — Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Expedited orders (Air) must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. EST.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship in 1-2 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise to partial ship.

Payment Terms & Payment Types
In most cases we will bill net 30. There are instances when prepayment or partial payment will be required and this will be noted in correspondence to the appropriate party. Customers can choose to use a purchase order over the phone or online.

We accept payment by check, ACH, Visa and Mastercard in U.S. dollars only.
